Problem: Building suffered from failing roof which needed to be repaired in a timely manner. Solution: Greenwich Roofs replaced the entire roof and also refurbished the steel staircases which needed to be taken off and back on using a crane. We used an Owens Corning “Duration” Asphalt Shingle in ‘Chateau Green’ Color.

This was a very involved project considering the removal of all metal structures and HVAC equipment that needed to be taken down for the proper replacement of the roof. We also refurbished all metal structures to avoid any rust to form on the newly replaced shingle.
