Heneghan Services
Heneghan Services is a family-owned and managed,multi-faceted construction group. As General Contractors, their team’s expertise ranges from residential new home construction to roofing and rain gutter systems, and even site work and drainage solutions. The companies have been in operation since 2003, when the CT GUTTER® brand was launched.
The collective is the brainchild of Greenwich residents, Stacy and Francis J. Heneghan. Under the Heneghan Services umbrella is the CT GUTTER®, CT Stormwater Authority LLC, CTClaimContractor.com and the “Greenwich Roofs” and “Greenwich Softwash Services” brands. Each of the brands address unique service needs for the homeowner or commercial property owner.
About Us
Stacy Heneghan is the majority owner and CEO of CONNECTICUT STORMWATER AUTHORITY LLC. She is QPSWPPP; QCIS (Qualified Preparer of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; Qualified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater) in the State of Connecticut and is bullish on the tenets of the Federal Clean Water Act. Stacy believes in order to control water quality standards, municipalities and their residents need to get serious on a hyper-local level.
Illicit discharges into the watershed happen all around us and awareness is half of the battle. One of Stacy’s main goals is public outreach and awareness while she guides her business to address the control of toxic stormwater runoff via engineered solutions such as subsurface retention/detention systems. Stacy and her firm maintain a unique and exclusive relationship with CULTEC Inc., known in the industry as the founders of plastic stormwater technology.
Francis J. Heneghan is the founder and principal of CT GUTTER®and a minority owner of CONNECTICUT STORMWATER AUTHORITY, LLC. Francis holds all three HAAG Engineering Inspector designations which include HAAG Wind, HAAG Residential and HAAG Commercial Roof Inspector. Francis is also QPSWPPP, QCIS and trained in stormwater technology and methodology. Francis has been interviewed and published numerous times in Metal Roofing Magazine and is passionate about home improvement.
Francis earned the Eagle Scout rank in Greenwich, CT and his Bachelor’s Degree in English at The University of Connecticut. He enjoyed D1A college and men’s club rugby into his mid-thirties and continues to assist numerous youth rugby programs as a booster. He also sits on a Board of Directors for a non-profit Ancient Order of Hibernians in Stamford, CT, where he chairs the Building & Grounds Committee and is directly responsible for their commercial building.
Stacy and Francis live with their children in Riverside, a subset of Greenwich, CT where Francis grew up. They enjoy travel and family time at the beach.
