Within a day he had samples, he took one look through the attic and determined that we had a major structural issue. He provided a fair quote and the work was impeccable. A second instance of his exemplary customer service is we asked him to swing by to just give his opinion. He discovered a major mistake made by a previous contractor that had our basement completely exposed to the elements. His crew immediately responded and sealed the basement off, costing us thousands in future repairs and a potential infestation. Both times Frank personally took the time to present samples, solutions and fair quotes. His worker were on time, considerate that we were working from home and cleaned up after themselves impeccable. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to do any job, big or small at their home. His work is “Greenwich” quality and he and his staff are easy to work with. A+ all around.
